Order fulfillment process

  • Sending a non-binding inquiry: upload a preview of the motif, select the fabric and the desired quantity. We will usually process the quote within 2 hours of receiving the request.
  • Calculation approval: you confirm the price offer. You specify the required sizes and colors of the textile. You approve or agree on the required delivery date - usually 10 working days from the approval of the calculation and payment of the order in advance. Regular customers can receive an invoice with due date.
  • Checking and confirming the digital mockup: after sending the original data for printing, we will create a preview for your final approval. You will agree on the correctness of the motifs, size and placement of the motifs, and the printing colors.
  • Production and delivery: We will print your order, check the quality, sort the textiles by size and send the order to the destination. Do not forget to include the shipping address including the phone number of the contact person for the courier of the forwarding company.
